1. Services Provided

We offer a variety of services, including but not limited to:

2. Photo & Video shoot
3. Photo & Video Editing
4. Product Shoot
5. Short Film Shoot
6. Ad Film Shoot

2. Service Agreement

By hiring Pics N Stories for your project, you agree to enter into a service agreement. The scope of work, payment terms, timelines, and other details will be outlined in a contract provided to you prior to the commencement of any project.

3. Payment Terms

• Pricing: All pricing for services will be provided in writing and may vary depending on the scope and complexity of the project.
• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to initiate work on your project, with the remaining balance due upon completion or as outlined in the agreement.
• Late Payments: Late payments will incur additional fees, as specified in your contract.
• Additional Charges: Additional charges may apply for extra services, revisions, or changes outside the original scope of the project.
  
  

4. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: Upon full payment, you will receive ownership of the final work (photos, videos, etc.) produced by us. However, we retain the right to use these materials in our portfolio, for promotional purposes, or for advertising unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Copyrights: Pics N Stories reserves the right to include a copyright notice and credit for our services in the final product, unless specifically waived by the client.
  
  

5. Revisions and Deliverables

• Initial Deliverables: We will provide the first version of the deliverables (photos, videos, etc.) for review and feedback.
• Revisions: We offer 2 rounds of revisions. Any additional revisions may incur extra charges as per the terms of the contract.
• Final Deliverables: Upon approval, final edited materials will be delivered in your preferred format (digital, print, etc.) as agreed in the contract.
  
  

6. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellation by Client: If the client cancels the project before work has started, the deposit is non-refundable. If the project is canceled after work has begun, the client may be responsible for a portion of the agreed fee depending on the amount of work completed.
• Cancellation by Us: If we need to cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund for any services not rendered.
  
  

7. Liability and Limitations

• Limitation of Liability: Pics N Stories will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability will be limited to the total amount paid for the project.
• Unforeseen Circumstances: We are not responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  
  

8. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and agree to keep all sensitive information, such as project details and client data, confidential. Any information shared with us during the course of the project will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, unless required by law.

9. Use of Materials

• Client Materials: If you provide us with any materials (scripts, images, logos, etc.), you must ensure that you have the necessary rights or permissions for their use. We are not responsible for any copyright infringement resulting from the use of materials provided by the client.
• Our Materials: We may use any content we create for your project in our portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
  
  

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the law. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved legally.

11. Amendments

Pics N Stories reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
